The other night, I felt like I didn’t have any food so I was going with my pantry to see what I could make… and I was really happy with the way these turned out!
Here’s what you need to make them:
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1-2 tablespoon(s) on orange honey (or regular honey)
- 2 cup of GF oats
I got the orange honey from Trader Joe’s! I brought these to work the next day and they were gone before lunch… which is saying something because there’s only about 5 people that work in our office. Regular honey should get the job done, but the orange honey was a fun twist!
Anyways, start with mashing the bananas. Add all the other ingredients and mix together. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. That’s it! You’re done.
