I’ll be honest, I was completely hesitant to try a smoothie with avocado in it because I’m generally not a huge fan of avocado’s, but I put this recipe together last night and I love it!
Here’s what you need to make it:
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup of canned pineapple
- 1/2 fresh avocado
- Almond milk
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 pinch of salt (trust me on this one, it’s a great flavor enhancer)
Throw it all in your blender and you’re done!
