IMG_20190211_085113_055I’ll be honest, I was completely hesitant to try a smoothie with avocado in it because I’m generally not a huge fan of avocado’s, but I put this recipe together last night and I love it!

Here’s what you need to make it: 

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup of canned pineapple
  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • Water
  • Almond milk
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 pinch of salt (trust me on this one, it’s a great flavor enhancer)

Throw it all in your blender and you’re done!
