IMG_20180906_135842_119This is a really quick, yummy meal to make if you’re starving and want something in your stomach ASAP!

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Chicken
  • Cilantro
  • Sweet onion
  • Avocado oil
  • Tomato

First things first, I chopped up all the ingredients and put about a teaspoon of avocado oil in the bottom of my frying pan. I sauteed the onions, then I added the chicken and let them cook for about 3-5 minutes. I used a rotisserie chicken from Costco so I was just trying to warm it up.

I toasted some corn tortillas in a toaster oven. You can also fry them with a little oil in a frying pan to warm them up! 

With this meal, you get some fat, protein, and carbs with yummy flavors. You should eat some vegetables with this meal on the side, unless you have already hit your vegetable quota for the day.
