These are vegan and gluten free!
Here’s what you need to make them:
- 1/2 cup of vegan butter
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 1/2 cups of cooking oats
In a saucepan, add butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in the peanut butter until creamy. Then add the oats and stir.
Drop the mixture onto wax or aluminum foil and let the cookies cool/set.
