IMG_20180415_140037_591One of my favorite things to do is to go to new restaurants and then try and replicate the food that I order. Steak pho is one of those things! It’s very simple and it’s delicious!

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Beef broth
  • Steak
  • Thai Rice noodles
  • Cilantro
  • Fresh bean sprouts (optional)
  • Jalapenos

I made my beef broth from a base called “Better Than Bouillon” that I found at Costco. The instructions on how to make the broth are on the lid. I grilled my steak in a frying pan while heating up the beef broth and cooking the Thai rice noodles on the stove.

After everything was cooking/ heated, I put it all the a bowl with cilantro on top. I did not have fresh bean sprouts so they are not featured in the photo, but I would HIGHLY recommend putting fresh bean sprouts in your steak pho.
