I have realized recently how much money I have been spending on food each week… so I have decided to be better about making recipes with things that already I have in my fridge or pantry!
Here’s what you need to make it:
- 1/2 gala apple
- Chopped walnuts
This one is pretty simple! I chopped up the carrots and the apples. Then, threw the apples, carrots, and walnuts on top of the spinach/lettuce mixture and called it good.
Feel free to add any type of meat to get more protein!
