Baked Breakfast Bites

It honestly blew my mind how yummy these were!

Breakfast Bites

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure that you whip it really well so there’s air in the whipping cream. This will help the mixer rise and stay together when it bakes.

Pour the mixture into mini-muffin tins (spray the tins with oil first).

Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy!

Fall Salad

This is really quick, healthy fix!

Salad

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Spinach
  • Honeycrisp apple’s
  • Cucumber
  • Diced walnuts

That’s it! Throw it all on a blow or on a plate and enjoy! I would recommend using olive oil and salt for a salad dressing.

Scrambled Eggs

This is a really quick, yummy fix!

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Green peppers
  • Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cheese
  • Canned chicken

I always start with the eggs first and then add everything else while they’re cooking!

Roasted Surprise

Here’s another quick fix that only requires some chopping and 8-10 minutes in the oven!

Veggies

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Coconut oil
  • Squash
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Parsley (if you’re feeling fancy)

Spread the coconut oil all over the cookie sheet. Chop up all of the ingredients and place them on the pan! Bake for able 8-10 minutes and you’re good to go!
