Omelette

I’m not going to pretend that I am an expert at making the perfect omelette. So here is the link to the YouTube video that I found the most helpful: Click Here

Omlet

Here’s what I put inside of my omelette:

  • Green onion
  • Orange pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Parsley
  • Cheese
  • Eggs (Obviously)
  • Butter

I diced up all of these ingredients into really small pieces. I also only used two eggs instead of three because I have a really small frying pan. I put the cheese in the middle to let it melt like it says in the video and then I added the rest of the ingredients.

 

Granola Bites

Truth is, I am way too lazy to make banana bread when my bananas are ripe. So I’ve been coming up with lots of different ways to make granola/protein balls.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Granola Bars

Here’s what you need to make them:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Muscle Milk Whey protein powder)
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter (I used a natural peanut butter so if your peanut butter isn’t runny then you should melt it first).
  • 3 cups of oats

Start by mashing up the bananas. Then add the peanut butter and protein powder and mix. Add the oats in last! Ball them up and bake for 8-10 minutes.

That’s it! You’re done!

Banana Oat Shake

This is a really quick fix for anyone who likes to drink their calories in the morning!

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 handful of quick oats
  • 1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of water

Throw it all in a blender and you’re good to go!

Bacon and Green Beans

This recipe is always a crowd pleaser!

Bacon and Green Beans

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Bacon
  • Fresh green beans
  • Mozzarella cheese

Put the green beans at the bottom of the pan.  Drizzle the chicken broth over the green beans. Cook the bacon separately and cut it into bite sized pieces. Add the bacon to the pan with the green beans. Bake for about 20 minutes. Drizzle the cheese on top to finish! (You can put the dish back in the oven to speed up the process of melting the cheese for about a minute).

Spinach and Berry Salad

This is a really quick fix!

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Baby spinach leaves
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Chicken
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Mozzarella cheese

I grilled my chicken tenders in a pan with some lemon pepper seasoning. I love the lemon flavor with the berries! After the chicken was cooked, I threw the rest of the ingredients on top of the spinach leaves and that’s it!

Cheesy Fries

These are a really easy quick fix!

Preheat your oven to 350.

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Coconut oil
  • Cheese

Start by spreading the coconut oil around the bottom of the cookie sheet. Cut up the sweet potatoes into fry shapes. Bake for around 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 2 more minutes and you’re done!

Alfredo Bacon Pizza

PizzaThis pizza was seriously so yummy! I can’t wait to make another one!

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Here’s what you need to make it:

  • Pizza crust (mine was pre-made)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce
  • 2 slices of bacon (I used turkey bacon but you can you regular bacon too!)
  • 2 grilled chicken tenders
  • Asparagus (you just need enough to fill in the extra space)

Smear the Alfredo sauce all over the pizza crust so you have a good base. Get it as close to the edges as you can without it spilling over.

Grill the bacon and the chicken in a frying pan and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the asparagus into 1-inch wedges. Spread the ingredients around the pizza crust/sauce.

Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
